LIONETTE, aka Dominique Maber, is an Australian DJ, singer, songwriter and performer known for her versatility behind the decks, commanding presence and distinctive blend of music blurring the lines of commercial, underground and surprise EDM classics, RnB & Hip Hop. Seamlessly moving between genres and audiences, she brings an instinctive understanding of the dance floor to every set, creating high-energy experiences that keep crowds engaged from start to finish.
With a career spanning clubs, festivals, international performances and high-profile brand events, LIONETTE has shared lineups with Australian and international acts including Sean Kingston (USA), Ying Yang Twins (USA), Mann (USA), Slumberjack, Odd Mob, Set Mo, Hot Dub Time Machine, Zeke Beats, The Potbelleez, Go Freek and Justice Crew among others.
Her performance credits include Ministry of Sound Classical and Mountain Sounds Festival, as well as some of Australia's most recognised nightlife and entertainment venues. She's reached the DJane top 100 polls at #12 in Australia and has performed for high-profile guests like Kevin Hart at RNB Fridays Sydney, Ian Thorpe at Sokyo at the Star Sydney and NRL legends like Johnathan Thurston, Sam Thaiday, Andrew Johns and Billy Slater at the NRL launch party with Channel Nine Australia. Plus the Logies red carpet and after-party on the Gold Coast for the Australian acting elite. Her international DJ appearances include Miami, USA, and Colombo, Sri Lanka.
As a recording artist, LIONETTE pairs her DJ experience with her own vocals and songwriting. Her debut single “Chasing” was released through House of Fun Records and received airplay across Australian radio. Her follow-up release “One Taste” released by Sound Red Records featured UK artist RJay, reached #13 on the Beatport charts and appeared on multiple compilation mixes.
Beyond music, LIONETTE has built an extensive portfolio across fashion, entertainment and commercial campaigns. Her corporate clients have included Vogue, Swarovski, Myer, David Jones, BMW, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Sephora, MECCA, NARS, Samsung, JBL, Tourism Australia, NRL Australia, Nobu, Crown Casino, Star Casino and Nova Radio among others. She has also been selected as the face of CPR Hair Australia and Samsung's Galaxy Tablet campaign with News Australia.
Her experience across screen and fashion includes acting and modelling roles in short films, feature films, commercials, music videos and print campaigns. She has been featured online by Vogue Italia, received two awards from Australian Fashion Bash and appeared on Australian Network Ten's Studio 10. Her international credits include representing Australia at the International Indian Film Festival in Goa, walking at Sri Lankan Fashion Week in Colombo which aired on ART TV. She was chosen by American fashion designer Desi Allinger to walk in runway shows in Sydney and again in the United States in Portland for Paint the Runway Purple with all proceeds going to charity. She's also appeared as Andrea in season six of the Japanese television series Otona No Kiso Eigo.
